STAGE 4 COVID RESTRICTIONS

WE ARE STILL OPERATIONAL

Dear Valued Customers,

The Victorian Government has implemented Stage 4 COVID-19 restrictions on workplaces in metropolitan Melbourne.

Given our critical role in ‘Essential Services’, EzyStrut Victoria will continue to operate and offer the service and quality you have come to expect. Our manufacturing plant in South Australia is still operating at full capacity and continuing to support Australian jobs throughout this pandemic.

From midnight Wednesday August 5th, our Victorian Branch will continue to operate under strict compliance with our COVID safe plan which is in place to protect the community.

What to expect from our Victorian branch during Stage 4 restrictions:

• Operating hours will be 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Our customer service team will be working remotely
• Sales representative are available via Phone, Email or Online Meeting Platforms
• Landline phone calls may experience longer wait times
• Preferred contact is via email - vic.sales@ezystrut.com.au
• Shortened pick up times, from 8.00 am – 11:30 am & 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm (thorough cleaning will be conducted between 11.30 am -12.30 pm)
• Visiting site is limited to the collection of pre-ordered goods, no counter service is available,
• Anyone attending the site will be required to:
• Complete an attendance log book as per Government Guidelines
• Wear a face mask at all times
• Maintain social distancing

EzyStrut remains accessible and ready to service all your requirements. We will continue to monitor and comply with the federal and state health authority guidance during this difficult time.
