Cable Ladder Fittings and Splices

Cable Ladders use pre-fabricated fittings for when you need to change the ladders' direction or work around a site, as well as splices to join multiple lengths...

All sizes of cable ladder are offered with a full range of fittings that allow you to bend, tee, cross, rise, or reduce the laying widths as you need. This makes working with them easy, and you'll always be able to create a ladder network to support your cables on site as you need. Learn more in depth about cable ladder here, or check out the EzyStrut product range

By standard, ladder products come in 3 or 6m lengths, and allow easy attachment of fittings and splices.

Remember that the amount of splice nuts and bolts that you will need to install will be determined by the ladder rail height, eg, is it a NEMA 1, NEMA 2, NEMA 3, or NEMA 20C ladder.

Examples include:

Bends measured in radius and width Tees measured in radius and width to join 3 lengths of ladder in a T style connection
ladder cross internal riser example
Crosses measured in radius and width to join 4 lengths of ladder in a X style connection Internal Risers measured in with and radius to change levels of a ladder install

External Risers Straight Reducers measured from width 1 (W1) to width 2 (W2) to change the cable laying width

As well as these fittings, to join cable ladder lengths, it is possible to use a range of splices. Always use splices in pairs, and check the product page or EzyStrut catalogue for bolt quantities.
